An amount or a rule looks out of date
Tell us the operator and the rule and, if you have it, the link to the operator's current terms or the official page that says otherwise. Operators change their schemes in their Passenger's Charter; we read the source again, correct the parameter file and date the change.
What we cannot do
We are not a train company, National Rail, the Rail Ombudsman or a claims company. We cannot look at your booking, claim for you or chase an operator. Please do not send ticket numbers, booking references, photographs of tickets or personal details: claims go to the operator's own form.
